From the South Take 100N to 394E until the 4th Street

exit
Turn right on Washington Avenue and follow to 1st Avenue North
Turn left on 1st Avenue and follow to 5th Street
Turn right on 5th Street and follow one block to 2nd Avenue

Turn right on 2nd Avenue North and get in far left lane
Follow 2nd Avenue for one block to parking lot on the corner
of 4th St. and 2nd Ave.
