National Kidney Foundation U.S. Transplant Games (New York)
The National Kidney Foundation U.S. Transplant Games is a biennial gathering of nearly 2,000 organ transplant recipients (kidney, heart, lung, liver) competing in a week’s worth of Olympic-style events to demonstrate the life saving benefits of transplantation. The 2006 U.S. Transplant Game will be held June 16-21 in Louisville, Ky.
