Brian Wachtler
Brian co-leads Haberman & Associates’ business-to-business
practice, overseeing manufacturing and technology accounts for
the firm. He also contributes to consumer accounts, such as
Room
& Board and the U.S. Pond Hockey Championships.
Brian plans and directs the implementation of media relations,
investor relations and strategic brand communications plans and
projects. He has executed publicity campaigns for clients that
have resulted in extensive media coverage, including placements
with The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal,
BusinessWeek, Forbes, CIO, eWeek
and InfoWorld, among others.
Prior to joining Haberman & Associates, Brian worked for Padilla
Speer Beardsley (PSB) where he provided strategic counsel for
consumer products companies, focusing particularly on those with
outdoor, sports and leisure related products. A key player on
several of PSB’s leading accounts, Brian planned and executed
media relations efforts for Arctic Cat, Golf Galaxy, Lands’
End and the YWCA.
Brian is a graduate of St. John’s University, where he earned
bachelor of arts degrees in English and communication.
